You will walk out making better coffee, with a bag of coffee you can use at home.
We will go over:
coffee as a crop, regions and processing methods.
the supply chain, mass produced vs small specialty cafes.
buying coffee
storing coffee
grinding coffee
brew methods (pot coffee, french press, cold brew, pour over)
dialing in the time - temp - ratio
adding milk, sugar, acid, or salt
maintaining your equipment
